The blog has been a bit quiet lately but for good reason.  We are getting ready to launch a new site and a new blog!  It’s a ton of work on top of a hectic wedding season, but we are super psyched about it.  Here’s little taste of the new blog’s design

Remember Lucy & Baldwin’s awesome engagement session?  You don’t?  What do you mean you haven’t been following us faithfully for months?  Are you trying to make me cry?
Well, in case you don’t recall their awesome session, here’s the link to check it out, Lucy & Baldwin’s Engagement Session We just shot Lucy & Baldwin’s wonderful wedding.  These two are so great to photograph!  They have such chemistry and they are so willing to spend some time getting great pictures (cuz sometimes great pictures take time).  We  started off with a ‘first sight’ between our to-be-weds on the lawn at the Berkeley Marina.  From there we went to the Berkeley Botanical Gardens which was great since it looks like we went all over the place, from the jungle to the desert, while actually only walking short distances.  Then it was back to the Marina to board the Hornblower Sunset for the wedding and reception.  Ceremony music was provided by undoubtedly the cutest string trio I’ve seen.  After the whispered vows, rings and a sweet kiss, it was time to party on the bay!

1. Amanda and Kyle’s wedding was pure good times. 2. I got this great image with the girls in like 3 minutes flat.Before we got in the limo from Inspiration Day Spa in Menlo Park. 3. This ladies are Top Model Material. Way to go Amanda + Entourage!

Following up on our teaser of a few weeks ago here we have more photos of Kim & Jeff’s lovely wedding at Nestldown. Talk about a venue with too much to offer, vintage cars, redwood forest, beautifully maintained grounds, a ‘hobbit’ cottage, bridges, fountains, a working train, bocci ball courts… I’m probably just scratching the surface of what’s available at Nestldown.  It’s one of those places where you want to shoot here and there and there and there… with so many options and so little time what do you do?  Well, if you are fortunate enough to have a bride and groom like Kim & Jeff, you just shoot like mad wherever you they happen to be and you get AWESOME photos!
